Product Quality

All our products have a 90 day warranty against manufacturer defects. This does not include products that have been subjected to improper use or abuse. This should be determined by the retailer prior to them excepting a return from the end user. Should you have deemed the product to be defective, please contact us for a return authorization number. All items must be returned to us in order to receive a credit for the current wholesale price of the product.

Once the item is received the credit will be added to your account to be applied to your next purchase invoice with us.

Please note: Merchandise that is returned without a return authorization number will not be accepted. LAKAPOOKI Inc is not responsible for the shipping cost to return the product to our office.

All defective merchandise should be returned to:

Product Compliance

We have a team that works diligently with our clients to ensure their products are ready to enter the Canadian Market. Over the years we have made great connections within the Canadian Government Agencies and will work together with them and our clients to ensure they meet safety, insurance, labeling and language standards to successfully enter the Canadian Market.

How can I place an order?

You can place an order in one of the following ways:

What payment methods do you accept?

LAKAPOOKI currently accepts Visa and Mastercard for your payments. We can also accept an e-mail money transfers for amounts under $1500.00.

If paying by check please allow 2 weeks for the checks to clear.  Please note should your check be returned NSF a $30 charge will be applied to your account.
